Recruiting Action Workshop in New Orleans - September 6 & 7

Recruiting Action Workshop is a two-day course facilitated by Debora Murray, Gulf States Regional Leadership Representative.

RAW teaches the skills and techniques of Black Belt Recruiting for Team Leaders. It shows you how to create and maintain a predictable and duplicable system for growing a Market Center. You will also have the opportunity to work on scripts and dialogues for recruiting cappers and mega agents with Michaelann Byerly, Tad Kirkpatrick, and Tony Brodie.

Learn scripts and dialogues that result in an appointment 95% of the time!

On September 6th Michaelann Byerly, MAPS Coach, and Top 25 KW Team Leader, will be working with you on how to produce effective scripts and dialogues aimed at attracting cappers and mega agents. You will then break at 1:00 p.m. to
make appointments and return at 3:30 p.m. for the end of the day accountability session with Michaelann. (You will need to bring a "Hit List" with contact numbers and your day planner so you can set appointments.)

The following day Tad Kirkpatrick and Tony Brodie, Director of Recruiting for Dallas Preston Road - KW Office will join the Workshop to consult with Team Leaders regarding recruiting techniques and to further coach you on your scripts and dialogues. That afternoon we will break out into four groups to work on internalizing scripts and dialogues and focus on what questions to ask Cappers and MEGAs.
